ugh. canada is getting cold. i am not liking it! man alot has been going on in life since my last blog. alot of it good, most of it just prayers being answered! praise God!
for about 5 or 6 months my dad had been laid off with no hopes of a new job...but to much prayer from friends and family...dad has a new awesome job that will start monday! PRAISE GOD!
Also...i met some of the coolest people i have spent time with...and although i met them years ago, i must thank God that i ever met them at all. better late than never!
as for australia. it's still a work in progress...i need to be wise in my timing in when i leave. I got accepted to the school and it starts Feb, 16th, 2009, but as posted beforee, i am leaving early to experience Australia. i was supposed to leave at the end of oct, but decided to wait till i knew it was right to go, and when i had more money. so for now the hopeful departure date is the end of november, after the show with my boys (http://www.myspace.com/crashpaperplane) and then hopefully off to aussie land.
an update on Gods faithfulness...I have recieved $1650 in donations for my school...man. and we doubt God...he is SO SO good. so thank you SO much to those who are helping me out...i will use the gifts God has given to put this money to good use. also...my crazy friends threw a surprize going away party, ah which was soo much fun! thank you so much for being so great! espcially lisa and autumn!
Things to pray about:
-finding a job in australia before school (hopefully at a christian summer camp)
-a little more funds
-a cheap plane ride!
-friends to make along the way
