good things come to those who wait.

well. Australia. I am still coming. don't worry. just not when i originally intended. the plan WAS to be in australia by the end of november, but as we all know...things don't always go according to plan. I am a pretty impatient person, but God has taught me to be patient in this because He will work His magic with me no matter when or where i go. I didn;t havee sufficent funds to leave quite so early and do the traveling i wanted before, but Lord willing i will be able to travel a bit after the school now.
So the school starts Feb,16th, so the plan is to travel with a Australian friend first to Hawaii, stay there for a couple days, beach it up, stay at hostels, and then make the trek to Sydney where we will stay for free at his parents house (woohoo free!) then after soaking in the famous city, I will make the journey north to Byron Bay, my home for the next couple of months.

I am so excited, my spirits are high and i know God is going to do amazing things in my life. I'm not sure what He's going to show me, or how He's going to use me, but i know it will only be amazing. I want to give all my love to people, i want to share my passion of Christ with others, i want to be guided to a life of holiness living for Him. this is just my start, my training wheel days. I am a little scared, being away from people i love for so long. not knowing what my future holds, where i will end up...but i am so excited and so blessed to have this opportunity.

As far as expenses go, as i said before, i recieved large donations to help pay the costs, and my parents are paying a nice chunk for the insurance, plus with the extra months of staying home, i have plenty to get me through the DTS and hopefully some left over to allow me to move out when i get home.

so. i have about a month and a couple days left, and i need to buy some shorts, a couple tank tops, a new bathing suit and i am australia ready!!! bring on the sun and sand baby.
